The SC Booking System can automatically assign children to the appropriate camp categories based on their age range.

Let the System Do the Work for You, Step by Step

Parent Registration Form

We collect essential parent or guardian information in a secure and streamlined format, in compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). A signed waiver form is required to ensure it is completed by the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Choose Your Child's Summer Camp Activities

Provide your child's details and select from weekly camp activity options tailored to their interests. Siblings and returning students are eligible for additional discounts or coupons when registered during the early bird period.

Checkout Page (Secure Payment via Stripe)

Pay conveniently using debit/credit cards, PromptPay QR code, or direct bank transfer. A coupon discount feature is available when enabled. Bookings are reserved for up to one hour and will be automatically cancelled if payment is not completed within that time frame.

Congratulations! Booking Confirmation Sent

The parent will receive a payment receipt containing all booking details and selected summer camp options. A QR code will also be included, which will be used for verification on the day of arrival at the summer camp.

Bus Club & Late Pickup (Optional)

You can give parents the option to submit their address after arriving in Thailand to determine eligibility for bus service or late pickup. Transportation to and from the school campus can be arranged for groups of five or more children on the same route. The fee is ฿,฿฿฿ per student, per week.

Booking History and View the Camp Activity & Options

Parents can log in to view their bookings and see the camp options or activities they have selected for their child.

Backend Administration

Easily view and manage all bookings in one centralized platform. Quickly get an overview of all student registrations at a glance. Effortlessly edit or update activity selections, filter bookings by specific activities, export data to a CSV file, and assess whether a student’s address qualifies for the School Bus Club or Late Pickup service. Utilize our built-in email system to send announcements to all parents with a single click of a button.

Set a Booking Limit

You can set a booking limit for each camp activity and option, display the number of remaining slots, or set it to unlimited. All bookings are reserved for one hour. If payment is not completed within that time, the slot is automatically released for other parents to book—following a first-come, first-served policy.

Accounting Reports & Sales Summary

Our Summer Camp System includes a robust built-in accounting module. Easily generate booking reports, including total bookings by day, week, or month, as well as counts of cancellations and refunds. Filter reports by booking dates, sort by booking totals, and export the data into CSV file for external accounting reports.
