School Setup Form

Thank you for choosing the SC Booking System for your summer camp registrations. To get started, please complete the School Registration form and provide your summer camp details.

Each school is required to submit the following information:

Upload School Logo & Summer Camp Banner

(3 designs maximum)

Please upload up to 2 versions of your school logo — one horizontal (header logo) and one portrait (footer logo) — along with 1 Summer Camp Banner design. These assets will be used throughout the SC Booking System to personalize your school’s custom booking site.

The Summer Camp Banner should visually represent your camp and will be displayed prominently on your booking page to promote activities and create an inviting experience for parents.

🔹 Ensure all images are high quality and free of copyright restrictions.

School’s Registered Name

Example: Thailand International School
Please enter your school’s official full name. This will be used for identification and branding purposes.

School Short Name

Example: bis.scbooking.com
This will become your school’s unique booking site link for parents. Use a short, recognizable version of your school name with no spaces or special characters.

Mobile Number

(Emergency Contact Number)

Example: 06123456789
Provide the main mobile number we can contact in case of any urgent communication regarding your registration or initial setup.

Enter Bank Details for Online Payment

To receive summer camp payments through Stripe, please provide the following details. This information is required to set up your Stripe payout account securely and correctly:

• Bank Name

• Branch

• Account Number

• Dedicated Stripe Email

⚠️ Note: The Dedicated Stripe Email must be separate from your regular school email. This email will serve as your official Stripe login and will be used to receive One-Time Passwords (OTP), bank verification alerts, payout confirmations, transfer receipts, and other sensitive information — all Stripe-related notifications regarding your summer camp bookings.

❗ Important: If your bank name does not appear in the available list, it means Stripe does not currently support that bank. In this case, you will not be able to proceed, and must contact our technical support team via chat for assistance.

 

Start & End Dates for Summer Camp Booking

Please specify the Start Date for when parents can begin booking your summer camp activities through the SC Booking System.

📅 Start Date Requirement: This date must be at least 30 days in advance from today. This allows our team enough time to set up, configure, and test your booking site so it’s fully ready for parents to use.

In addition, provide the End Date — the final day that bookings will be accepted.

🚫 End Date Notice: After this date, all bookings will be closed and student enrollments for activities will be finalized. No further changes can be made by parents after this deadline.

✅ Please check with your Summer Camp Manager to confirm the appropriate start and end dates for your registration window.

By following these timing guidelines, you’ll be amazed at how quickly and seamlessly your summer camp booking system can be set up — and your parents will enjoy a smooth, hassle-free booking experience.

Camp Name & Age Range

Example: Discovery Camp (Age 8–10)
This refers to the name of the summer camp group or category you offer. It helps parents identify the correct age-appropriate group for their child.

Week X (Date): Activity (Limit)

Example: Week 1 (July 1-5): Football (21)

This indicates the specific week number and date range when an activity is offered, along with the maximum number of students who can register for that activity. This helps manage class size, ensures capacity is not exceeded, and prevents overbooking.

Fees Per Week

Example: 18,000 THB
This is the weekly fee for each activity. Parents will see this amount during the booking process.

Additional Information (Optional)

Please share any special notes or instructions related to your summer camp.
For example, you can include:

• Links to promotional videos

• Your camp’s theme color or branding guidelines

• Any other relevant details that will help us set up your booking page accurately.
